The continuous improvement process plays a key role in our process managing system. The process is focussed on customer-oriented thinking and continuous improvement.
The results of our process are periodically assessed, challenged and optimised.
We dispose of an internal training system and we regularly conduct a self-evaluation according to the standards of EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
