Introduction "Piggi Bank-CIP"

Introduction of the new CIP data base and the process-oriented short presentation/ mediation.

The introduction of the management of ideas in 1999 has been developed marvellously. More than 5000 proposals for improvements were laid down by employees and over 1000 short presentations/mediations discussed by different teams helped to safe up to 5 million CHF.

2006

Perlen Papier AG and Perlen Converting AG won the IOP-Award for best management ideas.

Perlen Papier AG and Perlen Converting AG safe over one million CHF by applying the CIP.
